No. Most Dan Bakes creations contain alcohol.

Yes. Non-alcohol versions can be made for most of the cakes (upon request).

 

 

What gelatine do you use?

Fish gelatine is used in all products that require gelatine.

Why we may cost more?

Dan Bakes is a humble operation that makes your cake fresh only when you place your order. Upon receiving your order, the ingredients are sourced as per needed and just about every component is made from scratch. Unlike commercial bakers, economy of scale doesn't apply in the process. Dan Bakes does not enjoy bulk discounts like they do. But the cakes will never sit around waiting to be purchased. So you are assured that the cake you order is made fresh and specially  for you.
