In the earlier part of his career, Daniel established himself as a renowned Art Director & Production Designer of numerous feature films and television commercials in Singapore. He is best known for his work in movies such as "The Maid", "881", "Rule #1" and "The Faith of Anna Waters".

In 2016, after 15 year in the film industry, Daniel decided to pursue a very different passion. A passion that led him to enrol in the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, School of Culinary Arts where he obtained a diploma in Patisserie.

Today, he is using his pastry knowledge, pairing it with his former design training and doing his utmost to present the best cakes that he has to offer.
